Proudly Honor our Military

I won't add to this, as it requires now further comment on my part. I've sent a copy to CNN and one of the anchors I respect - Lou Dobbs - we'll see if anything becomes of it.

I have noticed this as well. Not only are we not hearing the good stories from Iraq, but we are hearing very few stories of any type. Who gives a shit about the "runaway bride" when there is a war underway. Don't get me started on giving tax cuts in a time of war. If this war is important the American people should be willing to sacrifice for it. I am willing and I was 100% for the war at the start, and I am super pissed about the problems with pre-war intelligence. Still I support our soldiers, and I think the public should be willing to pay for this war now even if that means going back to victory gardens, and collecting tin for the war effort.
